"maintain or cause to have maintained" ไม่แน่ใจว่าจะแปลออกมาเป็นวลีภาษาไทยอย่างไรดี (ผู้ตั้งกระทู้ไม่ได้จบนิติฯด้วยครับ จบอักษรฯมาเฉยๆ)

ประโยคเต็มคือ

"The Carrier shall at its cost and expense maintain or cause to have maintained in full force and effect Aircraft Third Party, Passenger, Cargo and Mail Legal Liability Insurance covering the aggregate liability assumed by the Carrier according to Article 10 above."
