ขอความช่วยเหลือวิธีตอบ email สัมภาษงานที่ผมเขียนใช้ได้รึเปล่าครับ

บริษัทที่ผมสมัครงาน เค้า email มานัดสัมภาษณ์ครับ ผมก็จะ confirm ว่าผมจะไปตามที่เค้าแจ้งมา, ไม่เคยเขียน email เป็นเรื่องเป็นราวมาก่อน อยากให้ช่วยดูให้หน่อยว่าใช้ได้รึยังครับ อ่านแล้วมีอะไรขัดใจมั้ย

ปล. อยากได้คำแนะนำประโยคท้ายคำว่า Very thank you for your kind assistance เปลี่ยนเป็นคำอื่นอะไรดีบ้าง thanks 2 ครั้งมันดูแปลกๆ ขอบคุณครับ
