What does 'so' mean when being put at the very end of a sentence?

Your skin,
Oh yeah your skin and bones,
Turn into
Something beautiful,
You know,
You know I love you so,
You know I love you so.

Does it mean a) he loves the way her skin and bones are yellow or b) he loves her very much (so.. much)?
