Unfortunately we had to adjust our timetable and as a result of this we had to cancel your flight. The alternatives that we would like to offer you are the following:
- A flight with the KLM from Amsterdam - Rome
- A flight with Transavia.com from Rotterdam - Rome
- And you also have the possibility to choose for a full refund of your ticket.
We tried to call you to inform you about these alternatives, unfortunately we could not reach you. Therefore we would like to request you to contact the transavia.com call centre within 5 working days. If we do not hear from you within 5 working days, we assume that you do not want to make use of the alternatives given. In that case we will refund the amount of your ticket.
You can reach us via telephone number 0900 - 0737 (€ 1,30 per call) from the Netherlands and from other countries you can call + 352 270 027 28. We can be reached on Monday until Friday from 08.00 h- 22.00 h and on Saturday and Sunday from 09.30 h - 18.00 h.
