ขอคำแนะนำค่ะ ใช้ apple tv แต่ใช้งาน air play ไม่ได้ค่ะ

พอจะใช้ air play จะขึ้น errorว่า an error occurred loading this content try again later ค่ะ
เป็น apply tv gen3 ต่อกับ tv ซัมซุงค่ะ ลองกับ iphone5s ipad air ipad2 ใช้ไม่ได้เลยค่ะ แต่เห็น icon air play ค่ะ
ทั้งหมดอยู่ใน network วงเดียวกันค่ะ ใช้wireless ค่ะ
