Unremarkable left overy. There is a 2.4*3.3 cm. cyst with thin septation in right adnexa.
Urinary bladder: There is normally distended the urinary bladder with no stone or mass.
Other: No ascites or adnexal mass is identifed.

- A 3.3 cm. septate cystic lesion in rigth adnexa, not excluded benign cysticright overian tumor
