Gatekeepers adversely affect to academics and writers. Especially, off-network scholars who can not access the resource. They want to publish their own articles for dissemination to the public. When gatekeepers review an article of his or her unfairly, or who require alterations that diminish the value of the article. Despite some author can find their way into the publication but it is not enough to reader. Interception of content. Not only affect the author. But impact on the reader with because blocking or alterations the information  make the facts were distorted.
