เนื่องด้วยดิฉันได้ส่งเรื่องไปทางitune ที่อเมริกาสาเหตุจากหลานชายที่อายุประมาณ5ขวบได้ใช้ipadโหลดapp โดยที่ipad เครื่องนั้นได้ใส่เลขที่บัตรเครดิตไว้ แต่ดิฉันไม่ทราบจนกระทั่งใบแจ้งยอดบัตรเครดิตธนาคารส่งมา เป็นเงินประมาณ6หมื่นบาท ดิฉันจึงติดต่อทางสายด่วนapple call centerแนะนำว่าให้ส่งเรื่องไปที่อเมริกา พิมพ์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น พิมพ์แบบใช้ภาษาง่ายๆ พอดีพี่ที่รู้จักเค้าช่วยพิมพ์ให้ ทางitune ส่งเมล์กลับมาแต่ไม่เข้าใจความหมาย ดิฉันจึงอยากรบกวนให้ท่านใดที่มีประสบการณ์กับเรื่องนี้ช่วยแนะนำ หรือท่านที่สามารถแปลถึงสิ่งที่itune แจ้งมาในเมล์ให้หน่อยค่ะ ขอบคุณมาก ๆ ค่ะ

Thunyapat, I’ve reviewed the circumstances of your case, and refunded your unintentional In-App Purchase. In this case, issuing a refund is an appropriate exception to the App Store Terms and Conditions, which state that all sales are final.
However, as you were unaware of the in app feature, I have reversed the charge for the In App purchases. In 7-10 business days, a credit of 1975.55 USD should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.
As you are a valued iTunes Store customer and due to the circumstances of your case, the above exception is given to you which is an appropriate exception to the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions, which state that all sales are final.
Thunyapat, if you'd like, you can disable In App purchases, by following these steps:
1. From the home screen, select Settings > General.
2. Select Restrictions
3. Enter a 4-digit passcode. Make sure you remember this passcode, in case you need to change these settings later on.
4. Set the restrictions you want by tapping individual controls on or off.
By default, all controls are on (not restricted). Tap an item to turn it off and restrict its use.
5. Scroll down the screen to the Allowed Content area.
6. Set In App Purchases to OFF.
