I’ve reviewed the circumstances of your case, and refunded your unintentional In-App Purchase. In this case, issuing a refund is an appropriate exception to the App Store Terms and Conditions, which state that all sales are final.

In five to seven business days, a credit of 26.98 USD should be posted to the credit card that appears on your receipt for that purchase.
