ประกอบเครื่องใหม่ cpu 4g ทำไมวิ่งแค่ 3.4g

เราซื้อ mb  + cpu  + ram

สงสัยว่าทำไม ประกอบเครื่องแล้ว พอบูตขึ้นมา cpu วิ่งแค่ 3400  ดูใน win ก็  3.4g  ทำไม  cpu ไม่วิ่ง 4g ค่ะ
ใช้ win 7 64bit ค่ะ  

ปล. เกี่ยวไหมค่ะ เราเปลี่ยน mb + cpu + ram  ใหม่แต่ไม่ได้ลง win ใหม่ใช้ hd ตัวเดิม ประกอบแล้ว ลงไดร์เวอร์ mb เพิ่ม
