สอบถาม Router Wireless (All in One) + Wireless PCI Adapter

ผมใช้ 3BB 10 Mb ผมจะซื้อ Router Wireless (All in One) กับ Wireless PCI Adapter คอมผมอยู่ชั้น 2 Router Wireless  อยู่ชั้น 1 อยากถามว่าทั้ง 1 ตัวนี้

ควรซื้อตัวไหนดีครับ สมมุติซื้อตัว 300Mb ตัว Wireless PCI Adapter ก็ต้อง 300Mb ด้วยใช่มั้ยครับ
ผมขอคำแนะนำหน่อยครับ ไม่มีความรู้ด้านนี้เลยครับ
