ปัญหาที่พบมีดังนี้
1. โหลดรูปแล้วมันจะขึ้น "This file cannot be added to this project. These file may be of unknown file format, the computer dose not have enough memory or the file is copyright protected.
หมายเหตุ เคยทำโปรแกรมนี้แต่ซื้อคอมมาใหม่เลยลงโปรแกรมจากเน็ทลงในเครื่องใหม่, drive c มีพื้นที่เหลือ 36 gb, drive d มีพื้นที่เหลือ 235 gb, นามสกุลไฟล์เป็น jpg. ลงโปรแกรม ulead ไว้ใน drive c, รูปถ่ายจาก samsung note 1, แต่ทดลองเอารูปที่ถ่ายจากกล้องปกติก็ไม่สามารถโหลดได้เช่นกันค่ะ
2. โหลด vdo มันจะขึ้น unable to find the file. Please check the name and location and try again
หมายเหตุ vdo ที่ลงเป็นนามสกุล MOD ถ่ายจากกล้อง vdo jvc และ samsung note 1
