Echo Summary
The anterior mitral valve is redundant and prolapsed to the La during systolic
phase with moderate Mr (eccentric jet flow directed to the posterior wall of LA)
-LA and LV are mildly dilated.
-LV systolic function is normal (LVEF 65.02%)without regional wall motion abnormality.
-Doppler and color flow study showed trivial TR.Mitral inflow study revealed normal LV diastolic function .
-Intracardiac mass; pericardial effusion and intracardiac shunt can not be demonstrated.
Diagnosis
1.Prolapsed of AMV with moderae MR
Recommendation :Follow up echocardiographic next 6-12 months.
