ถามเรื่องคืนเงินair asia ค่ะ

คือเราทำเรื่องขอคืนภาษีไปอะค่ะ แล้วเค้าส่งเมลล์กลับมาแบบนี้แสดงว่าได้รับเงินคืนแล้วใช่มั้ยคะ .. หรือเค้ากำลังดำเนินการอยู่ แต่เราไปเช็คดูเงินยังไม่เข้านะคะ งงๆ ไม่รู้แปลถูกรึเปล่า
