คือ หลายวันมานี้ มีทั้งข่าวหนังสือพิมพ์ เฟซบุ๊ค มากมายที่ลงเรื่อง FDA ของสหรัฐ(ก็คือ อย. ของไทยน่ะแหละ)

ตรวจข้าวไทยในทุกคอนเทนเนอร์ เนื่องจากกลัวสารเจือปน จากการอบยาฆ่าแมลง อะไรเทือกนั้น

แต่ส่วนใหญ่ของข่าว มักไม่มีที่มาที่ไป

เช่น ข่าวจาก หนังสือพิมพ์ ก็จะไม่เขียนว่า ไอ้ข่าวพวกนี้มาจากไหน บางทีก็อ้างว่า ผู้ค้าข่าวบอกมา ทั้งๆที่ข่าวสำคัญขนาดนี้ ทางสหรัฐน่าจะออกมาเตือนอย่างเป็นทางการ

ผมเลยลองเสิร์ช FDA Thai rice ในกูเกิ้ลดู เพื่อหาข่าวจากต่างประเทศ ที่คิดว่า คงน่าเชื่อถือกว่าข่าวไทย

ปรากฏว่า ข่าวส่วนใหญ่ ก็เป็นข่าวของประเทศไทยที่แปลเป็นอังกฤษน่ะแหละ

"Detention Without Physical Examination of Processed Rice-Based Products Due to Filth"

Reason for Alert:
During a six month period beginning March 21, 1989, San Francisco district detained 27 shipments of rice-based products due to adulteration by filth (involving rat, mouse, insect, bat, bird, cat, and dog filth). During this same period, Los Angeles district detained two shipments of rice-based products due to insect filth.

A review of FY'89 detention data by CFSAN revealed that many of those detentions involved a limited number of firms and that the firms met the criteria for Detention Without Physical Examination.

Rice-based products that had been detained included, but were not limited to, rice noodles, rice sticks, flour (rice) sticks, rice cake mix, glutinous rice mix, rice sauce mix and rice cake. Review of national detention data for FY'95, revealed numerous detentions of processed rice-based products from the listed countries due to filth.

Guidance:
Districts may detain, without physical examination, all shipments of rice-based products from the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, and Thailand, identified below except for the products from the exempted firms identified on the Green List.

Districts may also detain, without physical examination, the products from the manufacturers, packers, or shippers identified on the red list for this alert.

Increased surveillance of all types of processed rice-based products (e.g. rice sticks,rice vermicelli, rice cakes, treated whole grain rice such as glutinous, fragrant, jasmine rice, etc.) from all countries for filth analysis is indicated.

CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF (CN): Rice sticks and rice vermicelli

HONG KONG (HK): Rice flour (powder)

THAILAND (TH): Listed product codes of processed rice based products. Exclude unprocessed whole grain rice and treated whole grain rice such as glutinous rice or scented rice.

PHILIPPINES (PH):
Listed product codes of processed rice based products.
Include treated whole grain rice as glutinous rice or
scented rice. Exclude unprocessed whole grain rice.

แต่ตามที่ผมเข้าใจคือ

FDA ได้มีการเตือน เรื่อง สิ่งแปลกปลอมใน ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ทำจากข้าว จากประเทศ จีน ฮ่องกง ฟิลิปปินส์ และไทย
ให้มีการตรวจสอบ ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ทำจากข้าวเหล่านี้ ในประเทศที่กล่าวมา ให้เข้มงวดขึ้น
และสามารถอายัติ ผลิตภัณฑ์ พวกนี้ได้โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องตรวจ หาก เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่มาจากผู้นำเข้าที่ลิสต์ไว้ด้านล่าง
(ในเว็บ ถ้าเข้าไปจะมีชื่อบริษัท เต็มไปหมดด้านล่างครับ)

สาเหตุที่ ที่ให้ตรวจสอบเข้มงวดขึ้น เพราะ ผลิตภัณฑ์เหล่านี้เจอสิ่งแปลกปลอมค่อนข้างมาก เช่น แมลง หนู นก ค้างคาว หมา แมว
(เขียนชื่อสัตว์พวกนี้จริงๆนะ ไม่เชื่อดูด้านบน)


แปลว่า

1. FDA เพิ่งจะเพิ่มความเข้มงวดเรื่องการนำเข้าข้าวจากไทยจริง
2. มีสิ่งแปลกปลอมจากข้าวไทยจริง

แต่!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


ประเด็น ข่าวที่มีคนพยายามใส่สี หรือบิดเบือนให้มากขึ้นคือ

1 สิ่งแปลกปลอม ไม่ใช่ สารเจอปน เช่น ยาฆ่าแมลง ฆ่ามอด หรือสารกันบูด แต่ เป็น จำพวกสัตว์มากกว่า เพราะ ที่อ่านดู เค้าไม่ได้พูดถึงพวกสารเจือปนอะไรพวกนั้นเลย

แต่สิ่งที่ข่าวหนังสือพิมพ์ หรือเฟซบุ๊ค อ้าง กลับบอกว่า FDA เข้มงวดขึ้น เพราะ กลัวเจอสารพวกนี้

2 ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ทำจากข้าว ไม่ใช่ ข้าวสาร แต่เป็น ผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น เช่น แคร๊กเกอร์ แป้งจากข้าว ฯลฯ และถึงจะเป็นข้าวเม็ดๆ ก็เป็นข้าวที่ผ่านกระบวนการให้สุกแล้ว ไม่ใช่ข้าวสาร อย่างที่เราเข้าใจกันจากข่าว

3 สหรัฐ ไม่ได้ เพ่งแต่ประเทศไทย ประเทศเดียว อย่างที่ ข่าวพยายามประโคม
แต่เพ่ง ประเทศจีน ฮ่องกง ฟิลิปปินส์ ไทย ด้วย ซึ่งจะบอกว่า สหรัฐเห็นปัญหา จำนำข้าวของประเทศไทย แล้วปรับออกเตือนก็คงไม่ใช่ เพราะประเทศอื่นก็โดนด้วย



ถ้าผม เข้าใจผิด อย่างไรก็ช่วยชี้แนะด้วย ไม่ได้เก่งภาษาอังกฤษมาก


เรื่องนี้สอนให้รู้ว่า

"อย่าเพิ่งเชื่อเพราะฟังตามกันมา

อย่าเพิ่งเชื่อเพราะข่าวเล่าลือ

อย่าเพิ่งเชื่อโดยตรึกเอาตามอาการที่ปรากฏ

อย่าเพิ่งเชื่อเพราะเห็นว่าต้องกับความเห็นของตน"


ที่จริงแล้ว ผมก็เป็นคนหนึ่งที่อยากจะเชื่อข่าวนี้ เพราะมันสะใจดี ที่ทำให้รัฐบาลเสียหาย

แต่ผมเลือกที่จะหาข้อมูลเองก่อน แล้วค่อยเชื่อ

ไม่ได้บอกเฉพาะคุณเสื้อเหลืองนะครับ

ผมบอกคุณเสื้อแดงด้วย
