Federer's knocked out in Gerry Weber Open (Halle) first round !

The all-star doubles pairing of Roger Federer and Tommy Haas were beaten
in the first round on Monday, losing to 2010 Wimbledon champions Jurgen Melzer and Philipp Petzschner
7-6(3), 6-4. Federer and Haas contested the 2012 singles final in Halle.

“It was the first time we ever played together. We are two dinosaurs,” joked Federer.
“We're hanging in there. It was good fun and I thank him for playing.
Unfortunately it ended in the first round but I was happy to play with Tommy.”
