การตรวจ Ultrasound
A small hypoechogenic lesion in the right hepatic lobe, measuring about 1.4x1.4x1.5 cm in size.The remaining liver parenchyma shows mild to moderate diffuse increased normal echogenicity. The hepatic and portal veins are visualized. No bile duct dilatation is seen. The gallbladder, spleen, pancreas and bilateral kidneys are unremarkable. Neither ascites nor adenopathy in upper abdomen.
IMPRESSION: - Mild to moderate fatty liver.A small hypoechogenic lesion in the right hepatic lobe, could be focal fatty sparing. However other liver tumor cannot be entirely excluded. F/U US in next 3 months or further investigation is recommened.
