ABSTRACT
The objective of this engineering project is to do line balancing for higher efficiency in a frame truck assembly process factory after studying and compiling information in the factory the problem of production line is manufacturing cannot produce enough to customer needs, the production line is lower efficiency. The imbalance of each workstation made lose time at some point each station in the bottleneck because of the work and working time of each station is not the same the current production line, a frame truck assembly process efficiency of the production line at approximately 73.9 % the preparation of proposed guide lines for improving the production line this higher efficiency production performance After solving such problem by balancing the manufacturing chain, waste of time was reduced from 4363.5second to 3694.575 second the efficiency of manufacturing chain is increased from 73.9 % to 86.12% the manufacturing capacity is increased from 28 to 39 pieces/day or 11 pieces/day and finally increase more manufacturing efficiency.
