[CRITICAL] 1199B Serenade Emerald Hijacked by AIS Secure Net 10.30.3.13 (Ticket: S-26-302899691)

กระทู้สนทนา
To all Thai net-citizens and high-value premium customers on Pantip,

I am writing this thread to share a shocking truth about how AIS (Advanced Info Service) treats its high-value premium customers, and how an unrequested, so-called "free" background service can permanently sabotage your expensive network infrastructure.

Yesterday, after enduring days of atrocious network performance, I upgraded my subscription to the fully-fledged 1199 Baht plan to become an AIS Serenade Emerald VVIP customer. I also enabled 5G SA (Standalone), expecting the premium network routing and the ultra-low latency that AIS aggressively advertises to its high-value premium customers.

The reality? It is an absolute disaster.

Despite paying for the highest consumer tier, my network throughput remains severely throttled, and my latency is completely unplayable. After running rigorous physical network diagnostics and deep packet traceroutes, I finally unmasked the true culprit behind this systemic failure: "AIS Secure Net".

AIS claims this is a "free security service" bundled under the guise of the government's anti-scam and anti-phishing policies. But let's call it what it truly is—an aggressive, non-consensual Data-Plane traffic inspection gateway (IP: 10.30.3.13) that acts as a proxy to intercept all user routing, destroy ping latencies, and artificially compress traffic to save backbone bandwidth for the operator.

The most ridiculous part? AIS makes it practically impossible to remove. Last night, the branch manager at Future Park Rangsit personally intervened and issued a high-priority service ticket (Ticket: S-26-301969245) to completely terminate and delete this "AIS Secure Net" profile from my line. Yet, due to a severe synchronization failure between the BSS billing layer and the PCF core network database, my profile is completely deadlocked. The auditing gateway 10.30.3.13 is STILL actively hijacking my full traffic at the 7th hop.

Today, their 1148 Serenade frontline supervisors are running in circles, completely untrained, and refusing to escalate a real Network Technical (NT) ticket to the Bangkok NOC engineering team for a Manual Override to unlock my line.

Is this how AIS treats its high-value premium customers? Is this how you treat expatriates and international business users who pay premium rates? Is this what "Serenade Privilege" truly means—paying 1199 Baht just to have your traffic legally intercepted and your bandwidth degraded by a giant telecom monopoly that thinks it is above the law?

I refuse to remain silent. I have already officially submitted my technical dossiers and diagnostic logs to:
1. The NBTC / กสทช. (1200)
2. The Office of the Prime Minister / ศูนย์บริการประชาชน (1111)
3. The Office of the Consumer Protection Board / OCPB / สคบ.

To everyone on Pantip, please check your network traceroutes immediately. Watch out for these hidden, forced backend profiles by AIS that permanently destroy your network performance under the pretense of "protection."

MY SOLE AND ULTIMATE DEMAND IS SIMPLE:
AIS Headquarters PR and Network Operation Team must IMMEDIATELY CANCEL, DEACTIVATE, AND WIPE OUT the "AIS Secure Net" routing policy from my MSISDN. Perform a Manual Override in the PCF database to stop gateway 10.30.3.13 from hijacking my traffic right now. I will update this thread live until a complete technical resolution is delivered.
