ตอนนี้หนูเป็นนักเรียนอยู่ชั้นม.5 กำลังจะไปแลกเปลี่ยนม.ปลายเดือนสิงหานี้แล้ว แต่วีซ่าไม่ผ่านค่ะ ยื่นสมัครวีซ่านักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยนซึ่งก็คือวีซ่า J1 ไปค่ะ ตอนแรกทางกงศุลเก็บพาสปอร์ตหนูไปหนูกับที่บ้าน รวมถึงเอเจนซี่ก็นึกว่าผ่านแล้ว สรุปตอนที่เค้าส่งพาสปอร์ตตามมาทีหลัง เค้าส่งมาพร้อมใบขาวบอกว่าหนูไม่ผ่านค่ะ ด้วยเหตุผล under 214(b) ก็คือเค้าคิดว่าหนูจะโดดวีซ่านั่นแหละค่ะ หนูเลยเขียนสคริปต์ถามตอบขึ้นมาใหม่ อยากได้ทุกคนช่วยดูค่ะ หนูเขียนไว้คร่าว ๆ เพื่อที่จะได้รู้ว่าตอนตอบคำถามจริง ๆ จะตอบประมาณไหน เรื่องไหนบ้าง ไม่อยากจำเป็นสคริปต์ไป หนูกลัวไปตอบคำถามจริงแล้วลืมสคริปต์แล้วจะไปต่อไม่ได้ค่ะ

I have to return to Thailand in June 2027 to continue my study at ... school for grade 12.

My mother will sponsor me. She owns local businesses in Thailand, she has a brand .... and a restaurant.
7. Why do you think your visa was refused last time?
i was refused under section 214b. I was nervous during my last interview, so i didnt explain my purpose clearly enough especially my plan to return to thailand.
8.What has changed since your last interview?
What has changed is now that I can explain my purpose clearly, especially my plan to return to Thailand to continue my study, which I failed to do so last time. During my last interview, I was nervous and gave really short answers. My plan to study in the US stays the same and I must return home in June 2027 to start my grade 12.
9. Why are you applying again?
Because I still want to participate in the program. I think this is a once in a life time opportunity that will help my future education back here in Thailand
