ขอความช่วยเหลือ เข้า inbox hotmail ไม่ได้ค่ะ

Email Outlook (Hotmail) Microsoft Outlook

ปกติจะให้PCจำLoginไว้ เวลาจะเปิดเมลก็ไปคลิกที่ url outlook แต่ครั้งนี้เข้าไปแล้ว หน้าจอค้างที่รูปซองจดหมาย ไม่เข้าไปที่ inbox
ลองไปทำที่มือถือก็อาการเดียวกัน

เข้าไปกู้บัญชีhotmail เปลี่ยนpassword แล้วก็เข้าไม่ได้เหมือนเดิม เพิ่มเติมมีข้อความนี้ตามมา ไม่รู้ว่าจะต้องทำยังไงถึงจะแก้ปัญหาได้
