I’d like to file a complaint regarding a recent experience with an “unlimited 3-day internet package.”
The package indicated that it would auto-renew, which is why I proceeded to cancel it. However, upon cancellation, the remaining benefits were immediately removed and I was still charged. This is very misleading and not what was expected from the service.
Additionally, I tried contacting the call center for over 30 minutes, but no one answered. This has been extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time.
I hope the provider can clarify this issue and improve both transparency and customer support. I would not recommend using this service based on this experience.
