AUTUMN RAIN

Autumn rain is falling on the old street
like the way we used to walk side by side
every drive feels like a memory bleeding
everybody tooks like the night you cry

Some seasons never really leave
they just sleep inside our history
autumn rain on the old street still sounds
like your heart calling mine

Even if the world keeps moving forward
love sometimes days frozen in time
every echo in the cold night air
reminds me of what it meant

I can feel the shadows of your whisper
in reflections on the Windows of the past
I still wonder if we ever had forever
