True lost Baht

I have a True SIM card on 2 phones. 1 phone I have used 8 minutes for calling and have originally put 100 baht and topped up 100 baht twice and only have 82 baht remaining. Most recent top up was yesterday when I was down tom32 baht remaining and after adding 100 baht only have 82.

The other phone has not been used and only has 2 baht remaining.

Very frustrating
