สอบถามวิธีติดต่อฝ่ายนิติบุคคล/ส่วนกลางของคอนโดบริเวณสุขุมวิท 101

I’m trying to reach someone who is living in a condo around the Sukhumvit 101 area.
I cannot write the person’s nam because I understand it is against Pantip rules.

I only need advice on how to properly contact the condo management or reception from outside Thailand.

I have tried calling the phone number I found online, but no one answered.
Does anyone know:

the best way to reach condo receptions in Thailand?
whether they usually answer phone calls, or if they prefer email/LINE?
or if there is any directory for management offices?
