AIS customer service

Possibly the worst customer service ever! Ais is terrible with no customer support... having expensive serenade account doesnt make it easier... business customer for over 20 years and can not get intouch with anyone. we want to change the packages on 2 numbers business accounts! How are we supposed to do that...
Time is coming to change service to another network as their customer service is some of the worst in the world. Automatic replies to everything with nothing done!
I would advise anyone to stay away from AIS until they get their act together!
