สรุปหลังไมค์บอกพนักงานที่พารากอนสมัคร 399 ให้แบบได้แต่อินเตอร์เน็ตโทรไม่ได้เลย ทั้งๆที่เราบอกแล้วใช้ในไทยทั้งเน็ต/โทร วันนี้ประสานงานให้เร็วสุดภายในวันนึง แต่คือ1. วันนี้มีธุระสำคัญมากๆๆๆ เดือดร้อน ค่าเสียหาย โทรออกไม่ได้ทั้งวันแบบนี้เพราะความผิดพลาดแบบนี้ ซึ่งเราว่ามันความผิดทางพนง (แต่ถ้าเราผิดจริงก็บอกได้) 2. มีด้วยเหรอ 399 ได้แต่เน็ตโทรไม่ได้เลยย คือ... เหมือนโดนหลอกเงินมั้ย ตอนทอนเงินก็ทอนผิด เช็คหน้าเว็ปเอไอเอสถึงตัวถูกสุดก็ยังมีโทรได้หมด แบบนี้ฟ้องได้มั้ย คนอื่นเจอแบบนี้บ่อยมั้ย ais มันแบรนด์ได้มาตรฐานไม่ไช่เหรอทำมันมีอะไรระดับหลอกลวงแบบนี้อ่ะ
Followup they said the store signed me up for 399 thb extra package that has no calls only internet, and that it take at least a day to fix. Seriously can i sue?!?! cause 1. theres so many urgent and seriously important calls that will be affected by this (pardon the lang) and actual provable costs WTF issue & mistake, like a 399 thb deal that has no call is that even normal - 2. ive gone through the ais site many times theres always calls included even their cheapest fixxy or whatnot, 3. I specifically told the lady i need it for use in TH, calls internet everything, tho i couldnt speak in person i made it clear. I mean if im being unreasonable let me know but i feel like this is really not ok, seriously..
