Why does it always take 3-4 hours in the queue at TRUE?
Whenever I use "trueiservice" app there is NO service. I usually wait 3-4 hours and most times there is no customer support responding.
What is wrong with TRUE customer (non) support?
Is there only 1 person working for all subscribers? It is shockingly bad.
