I feel so sorry for the 1-2 people working in the English customer support. TRUE Management keeps the team so understaffed that you cannot get to speak to any of them despite waiting 3-4 hours every day. TRUE Management, this is TRUELY shocking customer service!

When will we get support that deserves to be called "customer support"?
