TrueID Box not working: "Streaming cannot be played (C0002)"

Hello,

I cannot stream any channels via my TrueID Box V1. Yesterday it was working just fine, today nothing works.

Sometimes I get the error message shown above. Sometimes it is "Parameter validation failed (14004) etc.

Please help! Thank you!
