26 ก.ย. 67 ฝนตกที่เชียงใหม่ ทำให้น้ำยังท่วมขังหลายจุด ขอแสดงความเห็นใจกับพี่น้องที่ประสบภัยในทุกแห่ง คนไทยไม่ทิ้งกันออกไปช่วยกันตามกำลังความสามารถ ขอให้พ้นจากทุกข์ภัยนี้โดยเร็ววัน รายการอาหารวันนี้ ข้าวเหนียวเปียก..น้ำพริกอ่อง..ซาบะย่าง..ผักกาดขาวผัดเต้าหู้ไข่ พออยู่ได้ไปอีกวัน

26 Sep. 2024, rain in Chiang Mai. causing water to still flood in many places I express my sympathy to our brothers and sisters in disaster everywhere. Thai people do not abandon each other and go out to help each other according to their abilities. May you be free from this suffering soon. Today's food list Wet sticky rice..Namprik ong..Grilled saba..Stir-fried Chinese cabbage with tofu and egg. Enough to live another day
