Sorry for posting in English only. My Thai is shockingly bad, so I don´t want to butcher your lovely language with Google Translate.

I have a question: If I subscribe to the Platinum package for my cable TV, I was told that this includes access to the Ball Thai channels. I assume this is correct, isn´t it? Where I am unsure is here: I have had the TrueID app on my iPhone for a few years and sometimes watch live TV on it whilst travelling. Now there is the TrueID app and the new Truevisions Now app. 

Can I watch Ball Thai via my TrueID app? I cannot install the new Truevisions Now app because my Apple account is still linked with the UK app store and the developer decided to not make it available in that store. This also stopped me from logging into the TVNow app on my android box because it asked me to scan the QR code with the app on the phoine first.

So, I only have access to the (old) TrueID app on my phone. Can I still watch Ball Thai if I subscribe to the Platinum package (cable TV)?
