Juneyao Airlines ท่านใดพอมีเบอร์ในประเทศไทยของจูนเย่าฯ ที่ติดต่อได้ ให้สอบถามข้อมูลไหมนะคะ (โทรไปตามเบอร์ในเฟซบุ๊ค 02-2865348 บอกว่างดใช้บริการชั่วคราว โทรไปสอบถามเว็บตัวแทนฯ ที่จองเครื่องบิน ให้เบอร์มาเป็น 02-6502206 โทรไปบอกว่าไม่มีหมายเลขที่คุณเรียก) โทรไปสนามบินบอกว่าสายการบินไม่มีเบอร์ติดต่อ
ส่งอีเมล์ไปสอบถามทางสายการบิน ยังไม่ได้รับเมล์ตอบค่ะ (แต่ส่งไปยังไม่เกิน 24 ชม. กังวลเลยมาตั้งกระทู้สอบถามก่อนค่ะ)
พอดีว่าได้จองเครื่องบินเดินทางจากดอนเมือง ไป โอซาก้า (Transit ที่เซี่ยงไฮ้)
ต้องการสอบถามว่า
1.เครื่องที่ต่อเป็นสายการบินเดียวกัน กระเป๋าที่โหลดใต้ท้องเครื่อง จะตรงไปโอซาก้า เลยโดยไม่ต้องให้เราไปรับแล้วนำไปเช็คอินใหม่ใช้ไหมนะคะ
2.อ่านระเบียบในเว็บของสายการบิน เรื่องกระเป๋าขึ้นเครื่อง บอกว่า 3 ด้าน 115 ซม. แต่กระเป๋าขึ้นเครื่องตอนซื้อคนขายบอกว่า 18-22 นิ้วได้ เลยซื้อ 20 นิ้ว แต่รวมแล้วได้ 117 ซม. เลยไม่แน่ใจว่าต้องซื้อใหม่หรือเปล่าค่ะ
3.เรื่อง Power Bank มีของเดิมเป็น 30,000 mAh (ค้นในเน็ตเทียบกันจะอยู่ที่เกิน 100Wh แต่ไม่เกิน 160Wh) แต่ระเบียบสายการบินบอกว่า Subject to approval of the airline company (เอาไปเข้าแปลกูเกิ้ล บอกว่าขึ้นอยู่กับการอนุมัติของสายการบิน) เลยไม่เข้าใจประเด็นนี้ว่าต้องติดต่อขออนุญาตสายการบินล่วงหน้าก่อนถึงวันเดินทางจึงจะพกได้ ไม่เกิน 2 ชิ้น หรือว่าต้องขออนุญาตตอนเช็คอิน หรือว่าสายการบินอนุญาตให้นำขึ้นได้ ถ้าไม่เกิน 2 ชิ้นนะคะ

As electronic equipment containing lithium or lithium ion batteries or battery packs for personal use as consumer goods, personal-use electronic devices (including watches, calculators, cameras, mobile phones, laptop computers, portable video cameras, etc.) containing lithium metal or lithium-ion battery cells or batteries will be placed in hand baggages carried by passengers or crew members. All spare batteries for such devices will be placed in their original retail packaging or be subject to other insulation treatment, for example, exposed electrodes may be covered by adhesive tape or individual batteries may be placed separately in a plastic bag or protective box. In addition, any such spare batteries will only be carried in carry-on baggage. Furthermore, each battery installed in a device or carried as a spare will not exceed the following limits:
- The lithium content of a lithium metal or lithium alloy battery will not exceed 2 grams.
- The watt-hour rating of a lithium ion battery will not exceed 100Wh (Watt-hour is calculated by multiplying the nominal voltage by the rated capacity expressed in ampere-hours).
- Subject to approval of the airline company, the watt-hour rating may be greater than 100Wh but not exceed 160Wh, while the number of spare lithium batteries to be carried will not exceed 2 pieces.
- Any lithium battery exceeding 160Wh must not be carried.
4.มีมือถือ 2 เครื่อง Tablet 1 เครื่อง กล้อง 1 ตัว ปกติสายการบินกำหนดจำนวนมือถือหรืออุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ขึ้นเครื่องไหมนะคะ
หมายเหตุ : เดินทางไปญี่ปุ่นครั้งแรกค่ะ เดินทางกับสายการบินนี้ครั้งแรกค่ะ
