I ordered phone from Samsung Online in Australia on 3 Sep 2022 for $838 but I found Westfield was $100 cheaper, I couldn't cancel my order so I contacted Samsung for cancellation, 4 Sep, Samsung emailed me back and told me I will get my money by 2-10 business days. They asked me to wait until 20 Sep. I emailed them again on 23 Sep, they told me that they will be submitted to the designated team for them to take further action. 28 Sep, I asked again, they said this concern has been escalated, however, there is no update yet and they will send a follow-up to our higher management for them to expedite this request. 29 Sep, I followed up again, they said Samsung are currently reviewing your case
