ติดตั้ง DirectX ไม่ได้ค่ะ

หลังจากกดติดตั้งแล้วมันขึ้นแบบนี้ เกิดจากอะไร ต้องแก้แบบไหนคะ
A cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted  please verify the cryptographic services are enable 
and the cabinet file certificate is valid
