1. ทั้ง 2 แบบฟอร์ม คืออันเดียวกันไหมคะ
ถ้าไม่ใช่ เราต้องลงทะเบียน ทั้ง 2 แบบเลยรึเปล่า
หรือลงทะเบียนแค่ entry form ลิ้งก์นี้

2. เราฉีดวัคซีนครบ 4 เข็มแล้ว
จะใช้ วัคซีนเซอร์ฯ ของไทยเดินทางเข้าประเทศ
เราใช้แบบออนไลน์ในมือถือโชว์ได้ไหม หรือต้องทำเล่มเหลืองไปค่ะ

As of 3 March 2022, Turkish government has decided to cancel HES Code requirement
