เข้าเซิร์ฟเวอร์มายคราฟในมือถือไม่ได้

I bought the real minecraft in the playstore at the beginning of last month. But we tried to enter the server many times and it really doesn't work or do we have to set something on the XBOX or not? I beg you to know ㅠㅠ
   Like we pressed to the top of the word server. and then it pops up a message saying
