【摘要】:During our ongoing surveys of lignicolous freshwater fungi in the Greater Mekong Subregion, we encountered three interesting hyphomycetous fungi with similar characters, such as sporodochial colonies, short conidiophores, and subglobose, ellipsoidal to broadly obpyriform, aseptate, dark brown to black conidia. Based on morphological characters and phylogenetic analyses of combined LSU, ITS and RPB2 sequence data,Parafuscosporella bulbspora sp. nov., Conioscypha taiwaniana and Vanakripa minutiellipsoidea are identified. P.bulbspora clusters in Fuscosporellaceae, Fuscosporellales and is characterized by sporodochial colonies, cylindrical or globose to subglobose conidiogenous cells and bulb-shaped, dark brown to black conidia. C.taiwaniana and V. minutiellipsoidea clusters in Conioscyphales. Descriptions and illustrations of the new collections are provided. C. taiwaniana is a new record in Yunnan, China. This is the first report to show the phylogenetic placement of the genus Vanakripa.
