ไฟล์ OBB ในแอพพลิเคชั่น

แอพ anatomy เมื่อทำการ update แล้วไม่สามารถเปิดขึ้นมาใช้งานได้ ผมจึงแจ้งไปทางผู้พัฒนาระบบทางเมล เค้าตอบกลับมาอย่างนี้ บอกเลยครับว่าไปไม่ถูกเลย ท่านใดเข้าใจช่วยแนะนำให้หน่อยนะครับ
มือถือที่ใช้เป็น samsung galaxy m21 android 11 ครับ

Could you please verify if the file obb has been downloaded?

Follow this path:

1.Enter in Storage

2.then in android/obb/com.catfishanimationstudio.AnatomyForTheArtistLite

3.check the file main ..ForTheArtistLite.obb
