ทำไมnote book ใช้บลูทูธไม่ได้คะ ?

สวัสดีค่ะพอดีใช้ note book dell แต่ว่าบลูทูธใช้ไม่ได้ค่ะ แต่กดที่ device manager คือเจอตัวบลูทูธนะคะแต่มันเป็นรูป ฟั่นเฟือง ไม่ใช่รูปตัว B เหมือนปกติ ลองไปโหลดของ intel มาติดตั้งใหม่แล้วก็ยังใช้ไม่ได้
