สอบถามเกี่ยวกับงานหนังสือยืนยันหลักประกันค่ะ

เนื่องจากที่บริษัทมีการ audit confirm กับธนาคาร เรื่องยืนยันยอดเข้าใจนะค่ะ แต่มีอีก1 เรื่องคือconfirm หลักประกัน กับทางธนาคาร
ไม่ทราบว่าพอมีท่านใดทราบบ้างไหมค่ะ ว่าหากทางบริษัทเราไม่มีหลักประกันกับทางธนาคาร  ธนาคารจะมีหนังสือออกมาให้ไหมค่ะ ว่า มี / ไม่มี หลักประกันแล้วต้องติดต่อกับใคร

For the purpose of the audit of the financial statements of *************************for the year ended 31 January 2021, could you please provide our independent auditor with the following information as at the close of business on 31 January 2021.
1.      Restrictions on any deposits which the Company has with Bank
2.      Details of any assets/collateral of the Company that are mortgaged/pledged to secure loans between the Company and Bank, as well as any personal or corporate guarantees and/or collateral provided by other persons/parties for such loans 
Please indicate “None” where not applicable.
