XAMPP start Apache และ start MySQL ไม่ได้ครับ

ตอน start Apache มันขึ้นว่า

ลองหาวิธีการแก้ไขตาม youtube แล้วไม่ได้ซักวิธีเลยครับ
เป็นเครื่องเซิฟเวอร์นะครับ เช่ามาจาก google cloud platform เครื่องอยู่ที่สิงคโปร์ครับ windows server 2019
มีพี่ๆคนไหนรู้วิธีแกบ้างมั้ยครับ
