- ใช้ microsoft v.2016 ค่ะ
- ไม่สามารถปริ้น Preview ได้ทั้งใน excel และ word.
- ไม่สามารถสร้างเป็นไฟล์ PDF ได้ โปรแกรมแสดงข้อความต่อไปนี้
"  your file could not be printed due to an error on Microsoft Print to PDF on e00:. There are sever possible reasons:
1) There may not be enough memory available. Try closing files and programs you aren't using. (ซึ่งเราคิดว่าข้อนี้ไม่ใช่สาเหตุ)
2) If you use a network for printing, there may be a problem with a network connection or a printer driver.
3) There may be loose cable or a bad conection between your computer and printer.

ปล. เราลองหาวิธีแก้ไขใน google มาหลายวิธีแล้ว แต่ยังไม่สำเร็จค่ะ ไม่เก่งเรื่องพวกนี้ด้วย ยินดีให้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมนะคะ ขอบคุณล่วงหน้าค่ะ
