I hope this helps but the person was also named Ji. From Tinder, I was told to use Line, and then she made up a story about losing her phone so we needed to go on the "Forever app" which is Mymline.com
It's a scam. They also have other users there but I reckon they're all scammers working for the same network. They ask you to pay tons of money by recharging gold coins which are equivalent to real money in USD (100 gold coins = $ 100 USD). Then they ask you to pay a deposit of $ 2000 to meet the other user. Sometimes they will even pretend to have paid for you. Only to get you to pay a portion of the money.
I have reported the website to the Australian Cyber Security Center and it is now under police investigation. DO NOT give any more money to these scammers. The website also doesn't have any corporate number or offices displayed on it, and when you ask their "customer service", they claim it is confidential. And that their headquarters are in Brazil but have servers internationally. This is not true. Registered businesses are compelled to disclose their business trading name and who their company is by law. It is public domain. So after some digging, I found out that their main office is located in the UK owned by Jingkun Tech Limited. The name of the director is Quanen Liang who is Chinese and originally based her operations in Hong Kong.
