ติดตั้งเกม the sims3 ไม่ได้ค่ะ (ใน steam) ทำไยังไงดีคะ?

คือว่าเพิ่งไปล้างเครื่องมาใหม่แล้วจะติดตั้งเกมแล้วมันก็เด้งขึ้นมาว่า

แล้วก็มีให้เลือก Skup this installation กับ Download and install this featuer เราเลือกอัน2
แล้วมันก็เด้ง
