ขอสอบถามค่ะ ใช้ outlook แล้วมีเมลบางเมลที่ไม่เข้า inbox หรือ junk เลย ทางฝั่งคนส่งขึ้นsentปกติ แต่ฝั่งเราไม่ขึ้นเลยค่ะ มีวิธีแก้ไขไหมคะ - เป็นที่บางเมล เค้าส่งม

พอดี อีเมล์ที่ใช้อยู่ ใช้มานานมากแล้ว ปกติ จะลบพวกjunk mails หรือ ข้อมูลที่ไม่ต้องการใช้ หรือข้อมุลเก่า ๆ ช่วงนี้ หากเข้าไป ในเมล์ มันจะขึ้นมาว่า ผลรวมที่ใช้ 5.

ปรึกษา outlook รับเมล์ไม่ได้แต่ส่งได้ เมล์มีทั้งหมด 8พันกว่า item ครับ ผมเลยสร้าง outlook data file มา ตั้งค่าเป็น default แล้วเอาเมล์ ตั้งแต่ปี 2013-2015 ไปใส่
