Hi everyone. Firstly I would like to explain my position, Since the covid crisis has been going on, I have continued studying in the UK and will be finished by early June. However, my visa can be used until the middle of August which means I could have two more months here.
I was wondering if I should go back to Thailand as soon as the course ends. I have also contacted the Thai embassy in the UK and they inform me that there will be a flight coming in the middle of June which I am still waiting for. But I am unsure and quite worried about being quarantined in Thailand because I don't know what that will be like. However, another choice would be to apply for a visa and extent it until the situation gets better, perhaps even extending it until September when I may start university. I am unsure about that too though, since I have been missing home and do want to return to my family.
I am unsure which choice would be the best, in most over circumstances I would have gone home. But I tried to do what was safest at the time and now I don't know how safe or unpleasant this new quarantine will be.
So, if anyone has an idea or any experiance with the quarantine in Thailand, please do let me know about it.
