อยากถามผู้รู้ค่ะว่า  ได้กรอกฟอร์ม 929 เพื่อเปลี่ยนข้อมูลพาสปอร์   เนื่องจากพาสปอร์เก่าหมดอายุ แต่มีวีซ่าออสเตรเลียอยู่  ยื่นฟอร์มไปทางอีเมล์ตั้งแต่ 8สค2019  เป็นเวลา 40กว่าวันแล้ว  ยังไม่คืบหน้า  จะเดินทางแล้ว  ไม่สามารถทำอะไรได้เลย  ทางสถานฑูตบอกรออย่างเดียว รอ รอ รอ  ถ้าจะเดินทางก็ต้องเสี่ยงว่าไปแล้ว เขาจะให้เข้าประเทศออสเตรเลียไหม?  ใครพอมีประสบการณ์ทำนองเดียวกันล่าสุด ช่วยแบ่งปันหน่อยค่ะ  กลุ้มใจจัง 
ส่งฟอร์ม 929 ไปตั้งแต่ 8สค ได้รับอีเมล์ตอบกลับทันทีดังนี้ค่ะ  รอจนถึงวันนี้เงียบกริบค่ะ  ดิฉันสมัครเข้า ImmiAccount แต่ก็หาช่อง Update Us tab ไม่เจอค่ะ  ไม่รู้ทำไงดี  โทรไปสถานฑูตก็ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรได้  บอกรออย่างเดียว ไม่ถ้าจะเดินทางก็เสี่ยงเอา  ใครช่วยแนะนำด้วยค่ะ

Forgot to attach your passport copy ? For passport updates resubmit your Form 929 with a scanned copy or photograph of the biographical page of your passport (the page with your photograph).Australian Citizens are not required to notify the Department of new passport details (unless they are linked to an ongoing visa application).
Do not send follow up enquiries for previously submitted forms as we are experiencing high
volumes of emails and this will further delay processing of your Form 929.
