แต่ทำไมบางคำ going to ‘be’ แล้วค่อยตามด้วยV

ซึ่งตอนแรกเข้าใจว่า ที่เป็นแบบนั้นเพราะ going to ต้องตามด้วย V.1

แต่ตอนนี้สับสนว่า คำว่า overcast ,sunny มันไม่ใช่Vช่อง1 หรือยังไงคะทำไมเราถึงต้องเติม be ก่อน
