เริ่มเรื่องคือ เราเป็นผู้ขายรายใหม่นะคะ รายละเอียดคร่าวๆคือ
1. เราไม่ได้ใช้ บัตรเครดิต แต่ใช้ k-web shopping แทน มีการ verify เรียบร้อยแล้ว
2. ที่อยู่ใน paypal กับ ใน ebay ตอนสมัคร เป้นที่อยู่เดียวกันคะ ซึ่งเป็นเลขที่บริษัทของคุณพ่อที่เราทำงานอยู่
แต่ มันเป็นคนละเลขที่กับในบัตรประชาชน +ทะเบียนบ้าน+พาสปอต +สเตจเม้น
3. สินค้าที่เราลงขาย เราได้สั่งซื้อมาผ่านทางไลน์ และชำระเงินโดยการโอนผ่าน แอปพลิเคชั่น เราไม่มีใบเสร็จ ไม่มีบิล มีแต่สลิปการโอน จะทำอย่างไรดี
4. เราไม่มีบิลค่าน้ำ และค่าไฟ ที่เป็นชื่อเราเลย
นี่คืออีเมลที่ทาง ebay ส่งมาหลังลงขายได้ 1วัน

However, we have to reject Proof of Address and Proof of Merchandise
Therefore, kindly refer to the guideline below :
1. Proof of Address - Recently issued documentation clearly showing your name and current address (a document which hasn’t been submitted for Proof of Identity). Choose one of the following:
· Utility bill (water, electricity, landline phone bill).
Please note that mobile phone bills are not acceptable)
· Bank statement, including loan/mortgage statements
· Credit card statement (actual credit card picture is not acceptable)
· Insurance statements

2. Proof of Merchandise - Proof of merchandise for any items you may have listed / plan to list on eBay
- Invoices from suppliers showing supplier's name, contact information, date and invoice number. or

- If you are selling as dropshipping, kindly send Screen shot of your account details with the drop shipper. This must clearly show email address/ fullname/ contact details, with the http bar visible

If you no longer have receipt, you can submit picture of the time with YOUR ID next to the item
